Grand Hotel Champs-Elysees Paris

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. From the reception desk to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was professional and couldn't do enough for me. They made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed.

One thing I didn't like was the housekeeping in the hallways. There were dirty pots and dishes left in the hallway for a long time, despite the maid walking past them multiple times.

Great location near the Arch of Triumph, quiet street, easy access to parking garage with valet service. Attentive staff and concierge, helped with last-minute fine dining reservations.

I was really surprised by the location of the hotel, just a few steps away from Champs Elysees. The room was nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Jana at the reception who allowed us to do an early check-in. I had a great stay at Radisson Blu Champs-Elysees and would recommend it.

Efficient and friendly service from the front office team, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The superb location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful city of Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel has an amazing location just minutes away from the famous boulevard. the room was spacious and comfortable, featuring exclusive amenities that provided a luxurious experience. the service was outstanding, staff always available to provide useful tips and fulfill every need. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.

Although the accommodations were overall satisfactory, we did notice some minor issues. the housekeeping service missed our room on one occasion and the bathroom floor could have been better maintained.

The location of this hotel is amazing, only a block away from a famous landmark and yet on a quiet street. It's also close to the shopping center, very convenient. I didn't have to worry about transportation as everything was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the facilities were great. I had the option of parking my rental car with valet service, made things easy for me. The staff, especially the concierge, were attentive and were really nice too meet our needs. They even managed to get us last-minute reservations at some fine dining restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the croissants.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that met my every need. the exclusive amenities offered were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant surroundings. the room advantages were incredible, including the private facilities and special diet menus. the staff provided excellent service, always accommodating any requests I had.

It lacked the variety I was expecting, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed at before.

The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the iconic landmark and indulge in some retail therapy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely big bathroom featuring a separate shower cubicle. The breakfast options were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. it was a fantastic experience.

It is also conveniently close to Orly airport and has easy access to transport links. The rooms are well-maintained and come with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast offers a good selection and is of high quality. Guests can also enjoy the fantastic view from their rooms.

Some areas of the hotel may be in need of renovation to enhance the overall experience.
